Florida Residents - All orders shipped within FL will ship via UPS Ground (Overnight excluding panhandle). See below for details and pricing.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - All orders shipped to AK, HI or PR require USPS Express shipping.

Ship Days - USPS Express orders ship out every day of the week (Mon-Fri). USPS Priority 2-3 Day orders ship out on Mon-Wed. We do not ship USPS priority 2-3 day orders out on Thursday or Friday to avoid them taking the full 3 days in transit and getting stuck in transit on a Sunday. UPS Florida orders ship out Mon-Thurs.

Delivery Days - USPS Express and Priority orders are delivered Tuesday-Saturday. We offer free Saturday delivery with USPS Express orders, just email us your request after you place your order. UPS Florida orders are delivered Tuesday-Friday.

Please note that some inverts and ALL fish REQUIRE overnight shipping due to their sensitive nature; these items are designated with an asterisk (*) next to their names.

*Express Overnight Orders REQUIRE A SIGNATURE of acceptance. This means that you must be home when the postman attempts to deliver your package otherwise they cannot leave it at your house without a signature from you. If you are not home to accept the package they will leave a notice of attempted delivery which you should take the post office immediately to pick up the package. Our live arrival guarantee will not be valid if you do not retrieve the package from the post office on the same day they attempted delivery. If you would like your package delivered to your workplace, please email us immediately after your order is placed and we will take note of your work address.

*If you have a specific day you would like your order to be delivered please email us with your request after your order is placed and we will do our best to fulfill it. You may also request days that you do not want the package to be delivered.

Cold Weather Packaging Procedure


Step 1: Invertebrates are individually bagged according to compatibility and species, filled with oxygen, then each bag is placed inside of a large thermal insulated bag to maintain temperature and protect box from leakage.	Step 2: Thermal bag contain- ing individual bags is sealed and placed inside of a 1" thick foam cooler for further insulation. One or more 40-72 hour heat packs are placed inside of the styra- foam cooler.	Step 3: Cooler lid is closed and secured, box is closed and labeled and ready for shipment! We stand behind our Live Arrival Guarantee 100%

All orders are professionally packaged and great care is taken to ensure that each order is correctly packed based on its size, variety and special needs. Every livestock order destined for a cold/hot climate is shipped in an insulated box with heat packs or ice packs included; all of this at no additional charge. We only use high-grade 3 mil plastic fish shipping bags, and fill every bag with pure oxygen. We also use other packaging materials such as thermal box liners to prevent leakage, and bubble wrap to fill empty space so nothing gets bumped around during transit.
