• When will I receive my shipment?
  There is a 2-7 business day processing period on all orders before they are shipped. Shipping livestock is different then shipping dry products, we can only ship livestock on certain days to avoid weekend delays, this is the reason for the broad processing period. We do our best to get your order shipped out as promptly as possible. Be aware that overnight shipping does not mean you will receive your order the day after you place it, the order still must go through the 2-7 business day processing period prior to being shipped. Once it has been shipped, it will arrive the following day.
  
  
• Do I have to sign for my package?
  No. No matter which shipping method you choose (Priority 2nd Day or Express Overnight), you do not have to be home to sign for the package, the postman will leave it at your doorstep if you are not there. We do, however, recommend being at home to bring the package indoors when it arrives, having a relative do so, or keeping tabs on your tracking progress and returning home to at least put your package indoors to preserve the health of your livestock. Livestock is more sensitive to temperature, as opposed to duration of time in bags.
  
  
• What if an item in my order arrives dead?
  We maintain a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. Please follow the instructions in our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy. Upon conclusion of a dead arrival, we will arrange a refund, store credit, or in some cases reship.

• Florida Residents - All orders shipped within FL will ship via USPS Priority Mail which arrives in 1-2 days, depending on location. Most areas surrounding Orlando have a 1 day transit time. See above for details and pricing.
  
  
• Ship Days - USPS Express orders ship out every day of the week (Mon-Fri). USPS Priority 2nd Day orders ship out on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. We do not ship USPS Priority 2nd day orders out on Friday because the post office does not deliver on Sunday.
